TOBIAS KIRMAYER gehört zu den umtriebigsten Rare Groove-Headz in Deutschland. Anfang der 90er-Jahre begann er leidenschaftlich Platten zu sammeln und ist seit 2000 als professioneller DJ rund um den Globus unterwegs um Rare Grooves aller Art (Funk, Soul, Latin-Jazz & Funky Breaks) unter die Leute zu bringen. Im Jahre 2003 gründete er sein Label “Tramp Records” auf dem er bereits 44 Singles und 7 CD’s/LP’s herausbrachte. Seit 2006 hostet er seine eigene 14-tägige Radioshow ‘Soul Popcorn’ beim Münchner Sender M94,5 und veranstaltet monatlich seine Clubnacht ‘Shake-A-Leg’. Als ob dies nicht schon genug wäre widmet er sich noch diversen Side-Projects: Anfang 2006 produzierte er zusammen mit DJ Dusty (Jazz & Milk Records) seinen ersten Song für die EP ”Jazz&Milk Breaks Vol.1′. Seit 2007 arbeitet er auch noch für Münchens ‘Perfect Toy Records’.
Daher sind wir froh, dass er trotz seines vollen Terminkalenders die Zeit gefunden hat, für die SoulBrigada-Night an den See zu kommen und mit seinem Set für eine schweißtreibende Nacht zu sorgen! Don’t miss it!
